All it takes is a large sum of money (and someone with a sense of style to make it)
Jeanine Hays, and Bryan Mason, a husband-wife team of interior designers working under their own brand, AphroChic, say everyone should begin transforming their home by choosing a style. taking a look at the whole home that has a common theme is a way to create harmony and unity. “It can be as simple as choosing casual instead of formal or traditional instead of contemporary,” Hays and Mason wrote. “From there, you can refine it to a more specific style, such as French country, Tuscan, modern Victorian, or shabby chic.”
#2 It’s blocking the view.
Another principle is balance–distributing visual weight. “You can do it symmetrically, as is common in traditional interiors, or with asymmetrical balance as seen in casual interiors.”
“Within each room, there should be a focal point. In a living room, it could be a fireplace or a piece of art. It sets itself apart by scale, color, or texture,” the couple said.
To bring visual interest to an area, think about the contrast and variety. “Keep a rhythm in mind with repeating elements of the same color, texture, or pattern, and a progression of sizes or colors.”
#3 it appears as that looks like
One of the most important aspects in interior designing is deciding on the right color palette. There is a possibility of having a distinct design and style for every room, but generally you’ll need to tie your entire home together. Take note of what colors and patterns will work for a smaller space as well as a big one.
“Mixing patterns in home decor is one of the more advanced parts of interior design,” Hays and Mason explained. “Patterns do not have to match, but they need to complement and coordinate with each other. This is done by considering color, size, and scale.”
Remember that no one has been born with the ability to create a completely new space. Making the right furniture choices walls, wall hangings, as the carpet and accents is something you will learn as you go along!
#4 When I was younger, I dreamed of doing this. It’s great to meet someone who actually accomplished it!

I am really impressed by the changes however it’s less “before and after design” and more “before and after huge amounts of money”. I’d love to see redisigns created with a modest Budget. ;_;
#6 Lovely.
#7 I’m not a fan of stucco but this one looks good and clean
#8 The beginning isn’t all that bad, but the end is absolutely stunning!
#9 The “before” photo must be the “during” photo.
#10 Now that’s luxury!
#11 Hmmmmm I like it

Oh, yes! A pool is a second thing I’d like. It doesn’t have necessarily be Olympic size, either. I’m not sure about how long this race but enough to be long enough for laps and large enough to turn is sufficient for me.
#13 I love it!

A real “before” picture would show what it looked like prior to demolition started.
#15
Nearly a complete demolition and reconstruction. It’s nice to see the original massive building standing and with its cobblestone addition. They did a great job of blending the old and new. I particularly like the brick walkway as well as how they built the stone wall that runs to the left to the left of an outbuilding.

It looks like a British house… Actually, the majority of them look like British houses
#17
The first is messy and is hard to imagine that the next one could be the same after a while…
#18
What a difference a tidy floor and stunning staging can make.
#19
I have some questions regarding that
#20
In the photo appears to be very uneven. This is a fantastic way to make use of landscaping.
All things look better when you include cats to your home.
22
I’ve never thought about the necessity of a bathroom this big.
#23
Wow, I think they smashed a wall

What’s In Your Head?
The bright lights in the sky made the sheep flee. 😛
#25
It’s a satisfying way to organize but the clothes that are on the shelves won’t remain centered.
#26
I’m not happy after seeing this so many. The look is a complete mess and isn’t as expensive. I’d like cabinets, not open shelves with dirty, dusty dishes. The hair of cats would enter into everything. This is not my cup of tea.

The process of rehabilitating and restoring after a hoarder’s death is a lot of work. It’s deodorizing, sanitizing and more.
#28
Before and a billion dollars after that…
#28
Gorgeous enough that it doesn’t seem real.

Oh my god, I’d never alter the parquet flooring. Crazy!
